Digital Marketing and Sales Support Manager

The Digital Marketing and Sales Support Manager is responsible for assisting in the planning, execution and optimization of our marketing and sales efforts  in our beautiful new senior communities. You must be tech-savvy and have a strong knowledge and experience with online marketing tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize a strong knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices to promote business and census development

  • Monitor all company websites and ensure 100% accuracy, measuring performance using a variety of tools (Google Analytics, Reputation Management, CRM etc). Ensure reputation management.

  • Partner with advertising platforms, media specialists, and other vendors to increase results.
    Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of tools (Google Analytics, Reputation Management, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Marketing Automation tools, etc.

  •  Research competitors web presence, websites, investigate benchmarks and provide suggestions for improvement for our communities.

  • Assist in the timely review of marketing materials, website information, advertising, press releases, direct mail, community outreach and public relations efforts

  • Collaborate with community marketing and sales teams at each senior living community in building and maintaining a consolidated, trackable, usable, CRM database of prospects and leads.
    Report weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly (and as requested) to leadership regarding community census /occupancy, sales and marketing results. This includes reporting on new inquiries, tour activity, deposits received, move in/move out stats, conversion ratios and outreach activities. Information available via CRM, Marketing Automation and Power BI report tools

  • Assist with other duties as assigned.. Reports to Regional Sales & Marketing Director

Skills and Knowledge:

  •  Proven experience as Digital Marketing and Sales Support Manager or similar role.

  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practice



  • Bachelor’s or Master's In marketing or related field

  • 3 plus years of experience in sales and marketing in a senior living community industry (preferred)
