WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
As the Regional Operations Director will be responsible for leading daily WellAge mission driven expectations to influence extraordinary quality care for residents, their families and our staff. You will need to be actively engaged in critical thinking thus involved in all aspects of directing and managing our assisted living, independent living and memory care campuses.
Business Operations and Project Management
Oversee day to day operations of our communities.
Business and financial operations to exceed goals and expectations; manage budgets to meet financial goals.
Comfortable, familiar, able to read-interpret-manage from financial statements
Managing multiple projects’ (communities’) timelines and details
Creating efficiency with effectiveness in process for multiple facility implementation
Sales, Marketing and Business Development
Hire, manage and direct community teams to exceed occupancy goals and expectations
Directing demand of market share with knowledge of competition and prospect market
Manage and lead toward gaining market referral sources both medical and professional
Team leader responsible to drive the exceeding of sales expectations
Marketing, Public relations and building community awareness
Relationship and Human Capital
Recruiting, hiring, training and engaging community team members
Build relationships with team members and managing expectations
Collaborate with home office and business partners to implement projects and holding accountable to timelines
Providing exceptional quality care for residents
Understand and implement regulatory compliance
Daily engagement to all teams towards clinical excellence

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
Understanding the start-up phase and managing the launch of all technology components
Up-to-date, current operating knowledge of local, state and federal (if applicable) licensing and regulations
Executive Director experience in Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory care
Experience in opening new communities; sales experiences and proven experience in leading senior communities and building census.
Bachelor’s Degree (required), in healthcare related field (preferred)
Must have Colorado Assisted Living Certification
Must maintain a valid, unrestricted Colorado driver’s license
75% Travel Required
