OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE 

The Community Staffing Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing and scheduling workers to ensure that the company’s labor requirements and needs are fulfilled.  The person holding this position is responsible to assist in community department scheduling, recruiting  and staffing activities. You will communicate with community department directors and staff. This individual is responsible for carrying out the assigned duties and responsibilities in accordance with current existing federal and state regulations and established company policies and procedures.

                    THE MUST HAVES:

• High school diploma or GED required

• Current medication administration qualification from approved state agency                                            

• One-year experience working in office environment preferred

• Ability to pass a criminal background check as well as Colorado CAPS background check. 

• COVID Vaccine Required or Valid Exemption.
