WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

The Environmental Services Director must be thoroughly familiar with the entire building, grounds, and all phases for cleanliness, sanitation and maintenance issues.  Must also have excellent knowledge of all equipment, regulations, and procedures governing operation of laundry, housekeeping, janitorial, and maintenance, security and grounds. Additionally, you will plan, organize, develop, and direct the overall operation of the Maintenance, Laundry, and Housekeeping Department following the current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations that govern long term care and assisted living facilities.

THE MUST HAVES:

• Must possess, as a minimum, a high school diploma or its equivalent.

• Must have, as a minimum, three (3) years experience in a supervisory capacity in a nursing home or other related medical facility.

• Training in environmental control policies and procedures preferred, but not required.

• Current proof of a negative COVID19 test or to receive a COVID19 test within 7 days of employment and ongoing or proof of vaccination.

• Current proof of TB within the last 12 months or Chest X-Ray (or be willing to submit to testing upon hire)

• Ability to pass a criminal background check 

• Credible References
